I agree with hollycat! I could never do that! something about a lack of wit or brains or something... so instead, ill see if i can throw a spanner in the works. Try Joely Richardson! look her up on the imbd if your not sure who she is.good luck guys!

I myself brought him in last week - drunk and disorderly. But when I sobered up, he'd gone. Sorry. (P.C. BENT)

Ah, nuts, just when I thought there was a good challenge in that one. nezangel, i'd take my hat off to you if I wore one.

I've put your points from the short version onto the 'scoreboard'. You're currently in the lead! (The player who can create a link in the least steps is winning - the objective is not only to establish the links but to link them up taking as few steps as possible.)

Next actor/actress suggestion?

I'll just throw this one out - Charlie Chaplin.

Well, I thought this would be a challenge & a half but i've actually got a short & long version:

Long - Julia Roberts is currently doing a voiceover for the film Charlotte's Web with Robert Redford
.... who was in Sneakers with Sidney Poitier
.... who directed Gene Wilder in Stir Crazy
.... who starred in Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory which included a bit part from Tim Brooke-Taylor!!

Short - Julia Roberts is doing voice for Charlotte's Web with John Cleese
.... who was in At Last the 1948 show with Tim Brooke-Taylor!!

Howzat?!?

*mutters* Oh, shag a pig.

Got it!

Clint Eastwood was in "Every Which Way But Loose" with Beverly D'Angelo...
...who was in "High Spirits" with Connie Booth...
...who appeared in "In Two Minds" with Tim Brooke-Taylor!

That was tough, I only remember ever HEARING about High Spirits and In Two Minds! (I reckon Aussies have got Buckley's chance of getting either of them here!)

Hmmm, new challenge...Let's try a female this time - JULIA ROBERTS.

*applauds* Well done! I'll have to set up a scoreboards or something, to calculate scores (you got six points, because you got it in six) and let everyone see how they're doing!

Since you successfully did Elvis Presley, you get to pick the next actor!

Ok, I'm sick and my brain hurts so I've gone a round about route. I won't get many marks for this.

Elvis Presley was in "Jailhouse Rock" with Dean Jones...
...who was in "That Darn Cat!" with Hayley Mills...(I had to get a Hayley Mills reference in *g*)
...who was in "Tiger Bay" with John Mills...
who was in "Oh! What A Lovely War" with Maggie Smith...
who was in "Harry Potter & The Philosopher's Stone" with John Cleese...
who was in "At Last The 1948 Show" with Tim Brooke-Taylor!

Did I make it within 6 steps???
