I hereby revive this thread for 2019, with an image from Black and White Beauty that was mentioned earlier but not yet displayed.
May I comment thus: RRRREGGLLE!!! (c) Mike Myers (a big Goodies fan)? I love how Bill is attempting to channel James Mason in this episode - "It is the Law of the Land!"
Do you think he took this outfit home, including the, ahem, Accessories? Well, it does look like he is enjoying it nearly as much as I am!
[You'll have to watch out for me, I am seriously Bill-smitten. I am currently making a facebook page with loads of screenshots of Bill but it isn't published yet - might be better as a closed group but I'd need joiners.]
