We'd know it was the real Tim if he mentioned something only he would know! For example what REALLY happened in Tailand in the sixties with John Cleese, Graham Chapman and company!

From what I've been told, he does visit the site occasionally, he has even mentioned it in a number of interviews. Apparently he's impresed as well.
