I searched via my trusty WhereIsIt app (no longer being updated  ) and found the mania.ttf font was located on x3 of my old hard drives. It is a measly 30k in size.
Plugged in the first hard drive (500Mb) powers up and spins but dang! - won't read contents - made July 2010
Plugged in second hard drive (2Gb) - this also won't read and was made Aug 2011.
Once I take apart these HDDs will have x2 more coasters!
My oldest HDD (16+ years still works)
Third hard drive (2Gb) - arggh cannot find it.
WhereIsIt says I last catalogued it in 2012?
-Did I give it away to someone years ago?
-Did it spontaneously combust?
Looked everywhere for it and gave it up as lost.
A few days later moving stuff around found x8 old HDDs stashed away. (yes I do backup absolutely everything and then some more  )
Found the third hard drive, going by the seagate date code on it - this is also of Aug 2011 vintage.
Will it work?
Fired up the spinning rust device and was able to locate the mania.ttf font file - dated Mar 2005.
It pays to have multiple backups, and to make sure you transfer stuff across to newer formats/devices before the original device becomes a

That's the only reason I still have the 18+ year old file, as that is a long time for a web url to still be working.

Also, I'm granting permission for this font to be added to the file download section of this website if anyone who wants to do that.
