Uh lady, actually ...I didn't know about ISIRTA until joining this group. When I was a kid, mum often used to make the quip "I'll 'ave 'alf", in relation to food or drink...and I wonderered where it came from. I finally found out one day when I was listening to some ISIRTA on Youtube, that it was a phrase used by Barry Cryer. So mum and dad may have listened to ISIRTA at some point. 'Go on...you know it makes sense!'
