and it gets pretty hazy after that. *scratches head*

Hmm, I don't know any actors with that spelling. Did you mean Stewart Granger?
If so: Stewart Granger was in "The Hound of the Baskervilles" with William Shatner who was in "Miss Congeniality" with Michael Caine, who was in "Muppets Christmas Carol" with Frank Oz who was in "The Muppet Show" which guested John Cleese who is linked somehow with TBT.
If this is the correct Stewart Grainger(sp?) then my next choice would have to be: Claudia Christian
