for me though, I give it to Patrick Troughton in 'nice person of the year' A thoroughly evil performance. Very unlike 'The Doctor' and a performance of his range!!

I know there are a LOT to choose from. My choices would be: The bloke in SOUTH AFRICA who I think is Philip Madoc (could be wrong),
Jon Pertwee in WACKY WALES.
Honourable mention - the old sergeant/major bloke in WAY OUTWARD BOUND - Hilarious!
