I've been rather quiet on this site for a while but I have to say that I agree that Filthy, Rich and Catflap is a work of genius and you've chosen a good login name.

Filthy, Rich and Catflap is, of course, another show which just does not get the recognition it deserves.  I think there's sometimes something about shows which are practically ignored which make fans even keener.  If you like a show but it's getting little airing, bad reviews or whatever, I think you're more likely to grow to love it even more - the massive, really popular shows aren't always all they're cracked up to be, are they (although there are exceptions to that rule)?

My guess is that most people see Python as being thinking man's comedy which forged new ground (blah blah blah etc), while the goodies were considered prop-comics doing a kids program.

Ridiculous isn't it?

Sorry to harp on, I just wanted to say you've chosen a top login name, Filthy Rich and Catflap is a work of genius!

I've been a life long Goodies fan.

It's wonderful to see an act as deserving as the Goodies getting some recognition. Why Monty Python are treated so well and the Goodies are ignored , is beyond me.

Anyone got any ideas why ?
