Subject: Could somebody verify this autograph for me?

Hello there, I hope this is real because it is great fun:
Just when I thought I had all the Goodies books I could get my hands on, my boyfriend presents me with The Goodies Annual 1974, from some good old charity shop.
Inside are some smashing pages about each Goody, and since it's a pre-owned book, all the crosswords have been filled in and it is officially to Debbie from Nanan and Grandad. But there is what seems to be a scribble on Bill's page, but hark! It does read 'Bill Oddie'! It looks very autography, quickly written, underlined, smiley face in the O.
It doesn't look much like his signature on the picture he did for the book, but then again that is a signature and this is an autograph. I also say, what would be the point of faking it eh? Anybody with a similar autograph or just an A+ in Billology tell me if this is the real deal? A hidden gem in an unsuspecting Harrogate charity shop?

PS. Trivia amazingness - My dad went to school with Bill, he was in the rugby team and Bill was the captain. He remembers him saying to him "Get off my head". And I will cling onto that claim to fame forever. |
