I picked up a copy at a relatively reasonable price at amazon.co.uk last week, but I have seen some decently priced used copies available from third party sellers in the US on amazon.com. There is a copy going on ebay at the moment also. Not as inexpensive as $10, but not as high as $45 either.
(Is it just the typosaurus in me, or has anyone else spotted at least one spelling error in the book?)

Hey I know that feeling well. I too paid $45 when it first came out. My husband Tony said why don't you wait and it could go down in price later....my answer was I couldn't possibly wait any longer than necessary to get my hands on that book!! That'll teach me!!
