May I please ask if anyone has found an image of the playing pieces insert and kindly shared it anywhere? I found a copy of the LP and of course the card was missing.

I'm looking forward to this. I still have my original vinyl with the sleeve insert that had the cut-out counters and dice. Christmas '76 I had it, I remember getting my sister to play the snakes and ladders game with me lol.
The Goodies seriously need someone to re-release their core albums on CD and digital. I just recently recorded my old 'New Goodies LP' from vinyl to mp3, sounds pretty good still. Hadn't played it much for quite a while, it's nice to get back into their music. My partner is loving it too. We're pretty much Goodyfied at the moment lol.

My understanding is that yes, it is a legit release.

The original vinyl version included a card insert with cut-out counters, six-sided scorer and instructions on how to play the Snakes & Ladders game on the front cover.

I suppose the CD version would be too small a board to play on if using the cover, or might come with a fold out version

The CD artwork that came with Binge O' Goodies..  is almost identical in layout to vinyl copy of Beatles Rubber Soul album, so they might do the same thing with this vinyl->CD release - who knows?
