It seems that people are taking out their grief over Steve Irwin as vitriol directed at Germaine Greer. And so they should! What kind of a person is she? She obviously has no heart and only thinks that she has a brain. Dried up old slag. Did this event only happen on Monday? It seems like it's been going on forever.

Hmm... two-sided coin. But let's not open that can of worms. Greer's timing was absolutely horrendous though, and she should be ashamed of herself - if you're going to say things like that, at least give it some time!
Yeah, that's what got me -the timing. And the fact that she's obviously media savvy - knew EXACTLY what she was doing and was out to get some attention. Comments such as millionaire zoo keeper etc were just completely out of line.
You know dafty I must be a very jaded individual cos when I heard her inappropriate remarks my first thought was "she must have a book or a tour scheduled for release" and shame on the media for playing into her hands
