I'm sure the chairs in the submarine are used in series 7 Who, most likely in Silurians or Inferno.

Don't know if anyone has asked or pondered this question before, but....

Is the 'Pirate Post Office' set from Radio Goodies one of the sets used in Doctor Who (Tom Baker days)?
