Still no significant repeats for 'The Goodies' from the BBC here in the UK, but there was a brief reference to the show in BBC medical drama 'Holby City' (in which Dr. Graeme Garden briefly starred a few years back) when a character was reading a book and came across a reference to the Scotsman who died laughing at the 'Kung Fu Kapers' episode.
It's 32'32" into this episode, although I believe only people in the UK can access BBC Iplayer.
